In 1996, after over 20 years in retail sales and management, I became a Realtor®. Having personally invested in several properties, I found the process exciting and the end result extremely satisfying. My desire to help others attain their real estate goals, plus having experienced all the anxieties and up and down emotions of real estate transactions, made it seem like a perfect fit. My Communications Degree from San Francisco State University gives me the marketing skills to help sell the homes I list as well as negotiate the best price for buyers.
With over 20 years experience in hundreds of real estate transactions, dealing with negotiations, challenges, and even the adversity of poor economic times, I have acquired the knowledge needed to be an excellent problem solver.
Retail sales and management taught me many valuable lessons. Most importantly I learned that serving you, the client, meant giving my all, being knowledgeable, and making communication easy. Being your Advocate is Job #1!
Having lived, worked, and raised my family in Marin and Sonoma Counties almost all of my life, I have an excellent knowledge of the area. Being actively involved in the real estate community also means many of the local agents know me, and trust I will get the job done.
Just for fun I like to play golf, bowl, watch sporting events, read inspirational books or spend time with my wife, children and grandchildren.
